TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu said on Tuesday that TDP has played an important role in several decisions taken by various governments at the Center and party is a trendset for welfare, reform and development. Addressing TDP Mahanadu’s conference- the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh said that TDP has faced many challenges in the last 43 years. Many people said that the party is over, but its flag has always been high.
The CM said that TDP has played an important role in many decisions taken by the central government (at different times). What Andhra Pradesh thinks today, India thinks the same tomorrow, it has been proved many times. He said that during the previous YSRCP government, party workers suffered a lot and many TDP workers lost their lives. He further said that there are many political parties in the country. But TDP is the only party that has influenced the lives of people. He said that when it comes to organizational strength, TDP is one of the strongest parties in the country.
Naidu said that the party has completed the membership campaign by adding one crore members in just 45 days. The three -day annual conference of the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh, TDP Mahanudu began here on Tuesday. It will run from 27 to 29 May. The Chief Minister said that the TDP has played an important role in many decisions taken by the central governments (at different times). Andhra Pradesh which thinks today, India thinks tomorrow, it has been proved many times.
