An incident has come to light from Chennai which has tried to defame India’s name. Auto driver has tried to behave very badly with a foreign stooting in India. The woman saved herself but has questioned the law and order of Chennai. Describing Chennai as unsafe, a foreign student claimed in a viral post that an auto driver attempted to rape her in broad daylight and threatened to throw her out of the vehicle after the incident.
He said “And the worst thing? Nobody has come for help. Not a single person. The people who take a walk in the morning have passed from us as if nothing has happened. What kind of threat is blinded by the woman in danger? What kind of city allows the auto without number plate to run independently? What kind of arrangement is made to come here?”
In the Instagram Post, he claimed that the incident occurred on Saturday morning when he and his friend were traveling in auto on Thiruvanmiyur Beach. The video starts with an auto driver, who says, “You are my customer. Call me properly.” To which the woman replies, “Don’t shout, stupid.”
The auto driver loses his temper and says in Tamil, “If I get down, I will tear your genitals. On whom are you shouting? I want my money, 163 rupees. Give me.” The woman advancing the 200 rupee note and says that she needs open money. The driver replies, “I want only Rs 163. I don’t have open money,” after which the woman appears to be throwing money at her.
Angry, the auto driver gets off the auto and spits over it. The woman and her friends start walking, but the auto driver throws money, shouts at them and goes away. This video has now gone viral on social media. The woman has tagged Chennai City Mayor, Greater Chennai Police, Rapido and CM Stalin on Instagram with her post as a complaint. However, the woman has not filed a formal police complaint.
