After Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, now the Uttarakhand government has made the film ‘The Sabarmati Report’ made on Godhra incident tax free in the state. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced this after watching the film on Sunday. CM Dhami watched the film with actor Vikrant Massey, who played the lead role in ‘The Sabarmati Report’ and praised it highly. Along with this, he appealed to the people of the country and Uttarakhand to watch this film.
There will be no tax on The Sabarmati Report in Uttarakhand
After watching ‘The Sabarmati Report’, CM Dhami said, ‘The Sabarmati Express carrying passengers from Ayodhya was set on fire in Godhra, Gujarat. 59 Ram devotees died in this incident. Instead of investigating the matter, politics was done on this matter.
CM praised the entire team of the film for bringing out the truth of Godhra incident. He said, ‘Ekta Kapoor, Vikrant Massey and the entire team have worked to bring before the country the truth about what this incident actually was. I want to congratulate the team of the film who did a wonderful job in bringing the whole truth in front of the country. Everyone in the entire country and state should watch this film, that is why we are also making this film tax free.
