The female majority jury convicted Veenstein for forcibly forcing a victim to a sexual act, but she acquitted Vinstein from another 2006 criminal sexual act.
Former US filmmaker Harvey Veenstein was convicted on a major charge during a re -hearing of sexual offenses, but he was acquitted in another case and the jury members have not yet reached the decision on the third charge.
Winstein was convicted for the first time five years ago in the case of allegations during the ‘Me Too’ movement, but the conviction of conviction was overturned last year and the case was re -sent to the same court of Manhattan, where the first hearing was held.
This time, a female majority jury blamed Veenstein of forcibly forcing a victim to a sexual act in 2006, but she acquitted Vinstein from another 2006 criminal sexual act. The jury is consulting the charge of rape of another woman in 2013. Winstein (73) has denied allegations of sexual harassment of someone.
