Amid growing tension, US President Donald Trump indicated that Ukraine could not win the war against Russia despite US support. The announcement from the President came during his interview with Fox News. Asked about his administration’s controversial decision to prevent Ukraine’s support during the war with Russia, Trump said there are some weaknesses in the country. Trump’s remarks came a week later by Poland President Andrez Duda’s statement that Ukraine will not survive, without American support. Asked for his response to the comment of the Polish leader, Trump said that it is fine, it cannot survive anyway.

You know, we have some weaknesses with Russia. You know, this requires two people. See, this was not going to happen, it happened. So now we are caught in this mess. Trump claimed that former US President Joe Biden put him in two wars and a border crisis. Trump’s remarks came at a time when Ukraine President Volodimir Zelanski will visit Saudi Arabia on Monday to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Ukraine’s diplomat and military representatives are also scheduled to meet the American delegation on Tuesday.

US President Donald Trump said he was seriously considering imposing restrictions and charges on Russia to resolve war in Ukraine. He said in a post on the social media platform ‘Truth’ that these restrictions can remain intact until the final agreement on the ceasefire and peace. This post has come at a time when Trump is facing criticism to increase pressure on Ukraine for the purpose of an agreement, while he is underestimating Russia’s responsibility to start a war by attacking three years ago or even denying it. Trump said Russia and Ukraine, now come to the conversation table, before it is too late.
