We have emphasized cooperation in tourism, culture, education sectors between the north-eastern states of India and Thailand. We talked about increasing the exchange between mutual trade, investment and businesses. Agreements have also been made for cooperation in MSME, handloom and handicrafts.
PM Modi said that India fully supports ASEAN unity and ASEAN centrality. In Indo-Pacific, we both support free, open, rules-based arrangements. We believe in the policy of evolution, not expansionism.
