A major lapse in the security of Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi came to light when a drone deployed by the administration to take photographs of him during his visit to Jharsuguda accidentally fell on the ground near him. An official gave this information on Sunday.
This incident took place on January 2 and came to public notice when its video clip circulated on social media. “As per preliminary investigation, the district administration had used drones to take photographs and record videos during the visit of the chief minister and other dignitaries,” a Jharsuguda district police officer said. Due to some technical glitch it accidentally fell to the Chief Minister.
