But it is a different matter that the form of education and its implementation is decided by politics. On May 05, the NEET UG paper was leaked. Due to paper leak, students have to face a lot of trouble. Their hard work of one or two years goes to waste. The same thing happened in the NEET paper leak scam. The NEET UG paper leak scam has shaken the entire system.

what is the matter

The NET JRF exam held on June 18 was cancelled just 24 hours after the exam. Its paper was leaked and 9 lakh students were affected by it. NEET exam is conducted in medical colleges across the country. There has been a lot of uproar since the NEET result was declared on June 4. Re-tests of more than 1500 students were ordered. But after this the matter became bigger and allegations and initial evidence related to paper leak and cheating at the center started coming to light. 24 lakh students had given this exam. Both the exams were conducted by the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA. It works under the Ministry of Education. This agency was formed in 2017 to conduct centralized exams in the country.

Entry of CBI

On June 23, the CBI registered an FIR after taking over the investigation and sent teams to the states. Following a reference from the Union Education Ministry, the CBI registered an FIR under sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 420 (cheating) of the IPC in connection with alleged irregularities in NEET-UG. The central agency CBI has entered the paper leak case. The CBI itself has issued a note giving information about this. It is written in it that we have received a written complaint from the Director of the Ministry of Education. Taking cognizance of which, the CBI has registered a criminal case.

Politics intensified over paper leak

The NEET-UG exam ‘leak’ has also become a political controversy and the opposition is attacking the government over the issue. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Sunday demanded the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Congress’ Mallikarjun Kharge also said the Modi government should be questioned over the issue, while Priyanka Gandhi Vadra alleged that the Modi government has handed over the entire education system to the mafia and the corrupt.
