This notice has been issued to Ardali (Court Employees). It said that the incident took place during lunch break. During this time the judges were in the room with the judge and were waiting for breakfast. Ardali was asked to bring tea and biscuits during this period. But instead of bringing the biscuits, Ardali also served tea and also served stale dalmoth. According to the information, bad smell was coming from this dalmoth.

After this incident, the judge said that it seems that the employee has deliberately taken this step. Many biscuits were also available in Almari where there is food material. In such a situation, notice has been issued to the employee. The employee has been asked to submit an explanation to take this step.

Explain that in this notice, it was said that during lunch on 35.05.2025, Civil Judge (Judge)/FTC Naveen, Gonda Sharmistha Sahu had reached my rest room during lunch. During this time I was asked to bring tea/biscuits while you only brought tea. I was asked to bring the biscuits again, but did not bring the biscuits and brought the dalmoth kept in the old and poor condition, from which the bad smell was coming. While in two coaches in the cupboard, biscuits were kept in good condition. Despite this, you deliberately kept a bad old dalmot, which was in a position to throw. In this regard, you should present your explanation on 31.05.2025 at 10.30 pm as to why this type of intentional error was made by you. ”
