About 5 thousand women operators will soon be recruited in Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation. Explain that the recruitment of women operators will be on contract basis. After this recruitment, women operators will be posted at the depot in their home district. Interested women candidates applying for these posts are mandatory for the Uttar Pradesh National Rural Livelihood Mission and Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission to contract. Or the candidates must have the NCC certificate, the NSS and the State Award for the Scout Guide Institution and the President’s Award.
Ability
For this recruitment, women candidates must have 12th pass and CCC certificate. Women candidates will be directly placed on the post of contract operator, determining the merit of marks in the intermediate. Along with this, 5% weightage will also be given on scores. Giving information, Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh said that women operators will be paid at the same rate of remuneration rates according to contract drivers/operators. Women operators will be appointed in depots under home district.

Explain that employment fair will also be organized on 06 February, 17 February, 20 February and 04 March 2025 for recruitment to operators posts. In Noida, Agra, Moradabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Ayodhya, Varanasi on 17 February 2025, Etawah, Hardoi, Meerut, Devipatan, Azamgarh and Jhansi, Saharanpur, Saharanpur, Saharanpur, Employment fair will be organized in Kanpur, Chitrakoot Dham-Banda, Prayagraj areas. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of Transport Municipal Corporation. At the same time, certificates will be verified by both online and offline medium.
