The court said that under Section 103(1), Roy is sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 50,000 and in default of payment of the fine, he will have to undergo further imprisonment for five months. The judge said in the judgment that apart from this, he is also sentenced to life imprisonment under Section 66.
