Zaheer Khan has bought this flat for a total amount of Rs 11 crore with his wife Sagarika and his brother Shivjit Ghatge.
This ison flat is located in the Indiabulls Sky apartment and a flat buyer can park in 3 vehicles parking together. A stamp duty of Rs 66 lakh was levied on the flat and 30 thousand registration fees. According to media reports, the price of the property in the Lower Parel area is around Rs 49.096 per square feet. Here, famous and rich people like Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and writer Amish Tripathi have also bought flats in Lower Parel region.
Talking about Zaheer Khan, he said goodbye to his cricket career in the year 2015. He represented the Indian cricket team internationally from 2002-2014. He was a part of India’s team which shared the Champions Trophy with Sri Lanka in 2002. He also made a huge contribution in winning the 2011 World Cup to India by taking 21 wickets. He took a total of 593 wickets in his international career. He is still the second Indian bowler to take the most wickets in international cricket after Kapil Dev.
