Lucknow. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has given the gift of promotion to 95 Civil Services IAS officers, a week before the start of the New Year. Due to which seven IAS officers including Azamgarh Divisional Commissioner Manish Chauhan and Food Commissioner Saurabh Babu have been promoted from secretary to principal secretary. At the same time, 38 IAS including Lucknow District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar, Kanpur Nagar District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Singh have got promotion from District Magistrate and Special Secretary level to Secretary level. The appointment department has also issued promotion order.
2000 batch IAS officers Saurabh Babu, Manish Chauhan, Ranjan Kumar, Anurag Yadav and Ranveer Prasad have been promoted from secretary to principal secretary. Apart from these, IAS officers Amit Gupta and Deepak Aggarwal of the same batch have also been promoted. 18 IAS officers of 2009 batch have got promotion from the post of District Magistrate (Special Secretary) to the post of Secretary. Lucknow District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar, Dr. Rupesh Kumar, Municipal Development Department Director Anuj Jha, Mala Srivastava, Nitin Bansal, Masoom Ali Sarwar, Vijay Kiran Anand, Bhanuchandra Goswami, Prakash Bindu, S. Rajalingam, Vivek, Bhupendra S. Chaudhary, Vaibhav Srivastava, Ajit Kumar, Pramod Kumar Upadhyay, Sangeeta Singh, Shubhra Saxena, Aditi Singh and Indra Vikram Singh have been promoted.

Whereas promoted IAS Brajesh Narayan Singh, Rakesh Kumar Mishra, Ramakant Pandey, Anand Kumar Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Markandey Shahi, Avinash Krishna Singh, Rajesh Prakash, Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, Hiralal, Shailendra Kumar, Rakesh Kumar Singh, Dr. Anil Kumar Singh, Saheb Singh, Manvendra Singh, Atal Kumar Rai, Narendra Prasad Pandey have also got promotion. Bhavani Singh Khangarot of 2010 batch, Sanjay Singh of 2011 batch, Devendra Kumar Pandey have also been given selection grade.
23 IAS officers of 2012 batch have got promotion in selection grade. Ravish Gupta, Neha Prakash, Ujjwal Kumar, Ankit Kumar Aggarwal, Prashant Sharma, Praveen Kumar Lakshkar, Jasjeet Kaur, C.Indumati, Arun Kumar (II), Sanjeev Singh, Abhishek Singh, T.K.Shibu, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Devendra Kumar Singh Kushwaha, Manoj Kumar (1st), Radheshyam, Umesh Mishra, Umesh Pratap Singh, Chandra Prakash Singh, Mangala Prasad Singh, Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Praveen Mishra has been promoted to selection grade. Similarly, promoted IAS Amit Singh Bansal, A. Dinesh Kumar, Shivprasad, Renu Tiwari, Shesh Mani Pandey, Rakesh Kumar, Sheshnath, Neeraj Shukla, Rajesh Kumar Rai, Shrihari Pratap Shahi, Arun Prakash, Ramsinghasan Prem, Chandrashekhar, Dnyaneshwar Tripathi, Dinesh Chandra, Arvind Kumar Chaurasia, Manoj Kumar (II), Chandrabhushan, Brijraj Singh Yadav, Surendra Prasad Singh, Mahendra Verma and Rahul Singh have also got selection grade. Yashu Rustagi and Dr. Vibha Chahal have also been given selection grade.
