Al Qaeda (Pakistan): Al Qaeda workers located in Pakistan are mostly non-Pakistani. They work through a network of subsidiary Pakistani terrorist groups, which have the strongest relationship with Deobandi groups such as Pakistani Taliban, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JM), Lashkar-e-Zhangvi (LEJ) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET). Al Qaeda has planned international attacks. The purpose of this terrorist group is to establish an Islamic Khilafat. Internet is Al Qaeda’s most dangerous weapon due to its global access. He has killed more Americans than any other terrorist organization. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM): It was formed in 1989 by a former Kashmiri school teacher Muhammad Ahsan Dar, who was committed to an expedition to connect India-administered Jammu and Kashmir with Pakistan and Islamization of the socio-political and economic system, establishing an Islamic Khilafat. HM follows the Jamaat-e-Islamic ideology, which the group also funds its activities. Connectivity with JI allowed HM terrorists to receive arms training in Afghan camps, until the Taliban occupied power. HM is currently headed by Syed Salahuddin, which mainly consists of Pakistanis of ethnic Kashmiri and non-Kashmiri origin.
Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let): The most prominent Ahl-e-Hadis group operating in Pakistan and Kashmir Valley is established in Kunar province of Afghanistan. It is a major religious organization, Markaz Dawa-ul-Irshad’s militant branch, formed from mid-1980s to the end by Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, Zafar Iqbal and Abdullah Azam. The Lets consist of Pakistan, Pakistan -administered and Indian -administered Jammu and Kashmir and the Afghan war veterans, and started terrorist activities in Indian -administered Jammu and Kashmir in the early 1990s. The Lets claim that it is the largest terrorist network in Pakistan, which has 2,200 offices across the country and beyond the Line of Control (LOC), there are about two dozen camps to send fighters to Indian -administered Jammu and Kashmir.
Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM): The JEM was formed in January 2000 by Maulana Masood Azhar, who was previously an influential leader of the Harak-ul-Mujahideen (HUM). JEM was an attempt to resume Jihad, which was to avoid the cracks emerged in other groups. JEM advocates an all-Islamic ideology that is anti-West, anti-Jew and whose primary purpose is to connect Indian administered Kashmir with Pakistan. The suspected criminal of the attack on the Kashmir Legislative Assembly on 1 October 2001 was a member of the JEM, killing 31 people. JEM and Lashkar-e-Taiba were involved in the attack on the Indian Parliament on 13 December 2001, killing nine people. The groups involved in the attempt to assassinate President Musharraf in late 2003 included JEMs when officials discovered the phone number on the mobile phone of one of the suicide bages. The group is also related to attacks on Christian churches.
