Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Varanasi on a two -day visit on Monday evening. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed Shah at Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport here. District administration officials have given this information.
According to the official statement, Shah will preside over the Central Regional Council on Tuesday, the second day of his two -day visit in Varanasi. This meeting will include Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai.
On Monday evening, all the guests will attend the dinner organized by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath after visiting Kashi Kotwal Kaal Bhairav and Baba Vishwanath. The meeting of the Central Regional Council is proposed at the Taj Hotel from around 11 am to 2 pm on 24 June.
Officials said that preparations for the administration have been done for the meeting. Safety has also been provided arrangements. Officials said that the meeting of the Central Regional Council is being held in Kashi for the first time.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also be in the proposed 25th Central Regional Council meeting on 24th June. Several important points including security and development will be discussed in the meeting running from around 11 am to 2 pm at Hotel Taj. The meeting will participate in this meeting along with several distinguished people including the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and NITI Aayog as well as inter -state council.
