How many fighter aircraft of India were dropped? CDS Anil Chauhan told the truth for the first time

However, CDS Anil Chauhan said that nuclear war has never come to an end.

The Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan has become the first Indian officer to have confirmed that the Indian Air Force has lost some fighters in clashes with Pakistan on 7 May. In an interview to Bloomberg TV in Singapore, however, he refused to show the exact number of fighter aircraft lost by India that night. General Chauhan said in an interview given on May 30 while participating in the Shangri-La dialogue in Singapore that the important thing is not that the aircraft fell, rather why they were demolished. When asked about fighter aircraft, he said why they fell, what mistakes were made – that’s important. Numbers are not important.

He also called Pakistan’s claim absolutely wrong that he had killed six Indian fighter jets that night. During the four -day struggle and then, in his official media briefing, Foreign Secretary Vikram Egyptian and Director General of Air Marshal AK Bharti did not deny the loss. Bharti had said that we are in a state of war and the loss is a part of the war, but he refused to give any details. General Chauhan has become the first officer to confirm the loss.

The CDS emphasized that India had learned a lesson from those losses and implemented them during the struggle. Earlier this month, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif claimed that his country had killed six Indian fighters, including three French Rafael, on the first night of the struggle.
