For example, the change of peace loving power was also ensured under the guise of majority, but people associated with the legislature, executive, judiciary, newspaper and socialist could not learn any lesson from Mughalia and British administrative negligence. Everyone has glorified and doing that ‘inanimate Indian Constitution’ who guaranteed salary-allowance and robbery to the countrymen, but never showed strictness against those who disrupted the peace and peace of the people. At the same time, under this guise, aristocratic Muslims create funding from abroad through hawala and create sympathies not only in Pakistan-Bangladesh but of Arab countries. Their nefarious intention is to create conditions like Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal and Kerala all over the country, which gives a glimpse of the glory. Even if slaves are left about the communal riots that occur after the break from India to independent India, then Ayodhya Ramjanmabhoomi movement, then CAA and now under the guise of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI under the guise of ISI or at the behest of other Muslim countries, which is disturbed in India, which spreads in India, which spreads in India, which is the disturbance of West Bengal, which is the disturbance of West Bengal. The days are burning with Islamic disorder.
In fact, the violence that has erupted in Murshidabad in West Bengal to protest against the amendment of the Waqf law, has feared such incidents in other states as well. In view of this, she is constantly cautious. It is a matter of fact that no untoward incident has been reported from other states so far. According to the central government, no report of any communal situation has been received from other states or union territories so far in view of the notification of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025. However, the Union Home Ministry is not taking any risk. The Center is keeping a close watch on the situation in Bengal as well as other states/union territories, where there have been reports of anti-law-law demonstrations. It aims to identify any factor that promotes communal violence and contact the concerned state governments to ensure that they are abolished initially.
It is said that if demands are made from states, they will be provided central force without any delay, so that such communal violence can be prevented. For the same purpose, in Murshidabad, DGP Rajiv Kumar of West Bengal visited the violence affected areas and adequate central forces were deployed on the direction of the court, which led to a reinforcement of communal clashes. The official said that there is no new violence there now. In view of communal clashes in Murshidabad on Saturday, Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan assessed the situation by video conferencing with West Bengal Chief Secretary and DGP. Along with this, the outline of the steps to be taken to control the situation was prepared.
In fact, the DGP gave information to the Union Home Secretary and said that the situation is stressful but under control and the help of BSF personnel posted at the local level is being taken. At the same time, more than 150 people were arrested on Saturday for allegedly involved in communal violence. Apart from about 300 BSF personnel present locally in Murshidabad, five additional companies have been sent there at the request of the state government. It is noteworthy that three people died and hundreds were injured in the violence against Waqf law in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
According to investigative agencies, the conspiracy of this violence was hatched three months ago and funding from Pakistan’s friend Turkay. The attackers were given Rs 500 for looting and the conspirators gave the target that West Bengal was to be made like Bangladesh. This is the reason why there was heavy violence in West Bengal opposition to Waqf law. While 3 people died in violence in Murshidabad, hundreds of people were injured. For the last 3 months, the people of the area were planning to carry out the incident, as it was funded from abroad. During the investigation of the entire case, it has been found that this is a new way to spread terrorism. Actually, two months ago, two well-known members of ATB came to Murshidabad and said that there would be a big feast. They were waiting for the trigger point. Initially, the date of Ram Navami was fixed, but things changed due to tight security that day. But the Waqf Bill gave the trigger point. These were given the first target of disrupting trains, eliminating government property, killing Hindus, robbing houses etc. Then the attackers were told that the more things they spoil, the more money will be given to them. Initially a list was made that if they give details of their actions, then how much money will be given to them. This is the reason why hungry people created a fuss in broad daylight.
Let us know that violence has been going on since April 10 in protest against the Waqf Act in Murshidabad, West Bengal, which has now stopped. Explain that the protesters set fire to the police vehicles, blocked the roads and damaged the railway property in the violence erupted over the Waqf (Amendment) Act of the Central Government. According to intelligence sources, Waqf protests have a similar toolkit. Messaging apps like Telegram, Signal and WhatsApp are being used to organize protests, share responsibility and share real time instructions. He said that encrypted groups on these platforms were used to carry out coordinated attacks at police stations in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The blockade, the railway infrastructure attacks and communal slogans were the hallmarks of protests like CAA. Whereas now the situation is the same during the opposition of the Waqf Amendment Act. The protesters are using stone, petrol bombs, tires and bamboo poles etc.
Recall that the stones were hidden near the railway tracks in Howrah during the CAA protests. While opposing the Waqf, now the same picture is seen once again. The protesters are targeting Hindus shops, police stations and the infrastructure of the railway. All this is being done to increase communal tension and attract media attention. The video tampered with with the old clip of police barbarity is being re -presented in the form of current atrocities to instigate anger. By incorrectly using a video clip of 2024, it is being claimed that the police opened fire on the people involved in the prayers. This clip went viral, causing riots in Malda.
Intelligence sources have not denied foreign intervention in this case as well. He has said that groups such as Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) and Harkat-ul-Jihad-Al-Islami (Huji) are supplying weapons in areas adjoining Bangladesh border and Sundarban delta. These terrorist organizations are spreading propaganda along with training. International organizations are using global media to increase unrest. They are helping to spread rumors to spread panic. This is the same as NRC was promoted as snatching citizenship of Muslims during CAA protests. Those detained or arrested during the protests are also being glorified as a hero.
This is the reason that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has given a blunt warning to the rioters and has clearly said that no matter what the laws are, do not take the law in their hands. This has brought relief to the people of the state. Since the ongoing violence against the Waqf law in West Bengal is not taking the name of stopping. Therefore, now it seems that CM Mamta Banerjee’s patience is also responding. That is why he has warned the rioters that you do not take A, B, C, D, E, F, but do not take the law in your hands. I would tell you all that everyone has the right to organize a peaceful democratic movement, but we are his protector to protect the law, so we do not want the law of law. ‘ He said, ‘Stay in peace. The land of Bengal is the land of peace. Its soil is pure like gold. ‘ He also appealed to the people to maintain peace and law and order and said that we are standing with the neglected and the victims.
Explain that inaugurating the skywalk near the famous Kali temple at Kalighat in South Kolkata, Mamata Banerjee said that ‘should not play with religion. Religion means devotion, affection, humanity, peace, harmony, culture, harmony and unity. Loveing humans is one of the highest manifestations of any religion. It is noteworthy that on Monday, supporters of the Indian Secular Front (ISF) clashed with the police in South 24 Parganas district. During this, there was a lot of ruckus. Many people were injured in the violence and several police vehicles were set on fire. The clash occurred when the police tried to prevent ISF supporters from going to the rally of party leader and Bhangar MLA Naushad Siddiqui in Kolkata. Police say that the police was not allowed for this rally.
