IIM Calcutta has made the official announcement regarding the results of the much awaited Common Admission Test for the year 2024 on December 19. It is told that 14 students have obtained a perfect score of 100 percentile. Candidates who appeared for this exam can now check their result on the official website iimcat.ac.in. Now the admission process in IIM colleges will start with this score.
Fees for MBA courses in Indian management institutes can vary significantly depending on the programme. The total fees for MBA programs till the year 2024 ranges from around Rs 13.08 lakh at IIM Sambalpur to Rs 27 lakh at IIM Calcutta. Whereas the fees of all other IIMs fall in between these. IIM Ahmedabad, which is said to be the most prestigious, charges fees of around Rs 25 lakh for the main programme. IIM Ahmedabad – Rs 24.61 lakh to Rs 25 lakh
IIM Calcutta – Rs 27 lakh to Rs 25.89 lakh
IIM Bengaluru – Rs 24.5 lakh to Rs 27 lakh
IIM Lucknow – Rs 20.7 lakh to Rs 23.50 lakh
IIM Kozhikode – Rs 20.5 lakh to Rs 22.50 lakh
Generally, the fees of established IIMs like IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta range between Rs 21 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. Whereas new IIMs like IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu are also called baby IIMs. The fees of these colleges range between Rs 17 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.
