Khan said in a post on ‘X’, “The efforts of the party’s talks committee are a good thing. To make the negotiation process meaningful, it is important that I meet my designated negotiating team so that I can have a true understanding of the issues.” Earlier on Monday, in the first meeting held with the Pakistan government and leaders of Khan’s party, it was agreed to continue talks to resolve contentious issues including Khan’s release from jail.
