In addition to the budget in the budget session of Parliament- 2025, many historical bills have also been passed, one of which is a bill related to Abrajan and foreigners- 2025. This bill is not only going to play a leading role towards making India a developed nation till 2047, but also strengthening India’s internal and external security system and economic system. When this bill is notified and implemented all over India, then many types of crimes including illegal infiltration of Bangladeshi and Rohingyas will also be controlled.
After this bill is enacted, no foreign national will be able to enter India as before, by entering any part of India and residing in anti -India activities. Now the entire data of every person crossing the border will be collected. There is no data available for foreign nationals coming to India. This bill is very important for India’s unity, integrity and security. After the implementation of this bill, there will be not only prevention of illegal Rohingya/Bangladeshi infiltration, but such chaotic elements which are getting involved in small crimes together and are involved in activities like love and conversion by polluting the atmosphere of society and polluting the atmosphere of the society.

During the discussion in both the houses of Parliament on this bill, it was clear how a gigantic infiltration problem has taken into India. All the metro cities of India are targeted by illegal chaotic elements. Most of India’s border areas and all eastern states, including Assam and West Bengal, have become a canker. Demmpagraphy of three border districts of West Bengal has changed due to illegal infiltration. When Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai said in the House that the most problem of Bangladeshi infiltration is the Congress -ruled states Karnataka, Jharkhand, Telangana and Trinamool Congress -ruled states in West Bengal as the state governments here are not cooperating, then the opposition parties boycotted the House. The Home Minister informed that the Bengal government is not allowing fences on the border and also made it clear that only TMC workers on the border are working to obstruct the BSF works, due to which Bangladeshi infiltration is not being controlled. During the debate in the Lok Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah made it clear that India is not a “Dharamshala”.
During the debate on the bill, infiltration and refugee were clarified as MPs of opposition parties were interacting both these words due to the distorted politics of appeasement. These opposition MPs were trying to do politics of confusion and anarchy by telling this legislator beyond the vision of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, but the government exposed the opposition with its arguments, resulting in a ruckus in the Rajya Sabha, and went out of the House.
In this new law, the new Abrajan and Foreign Bill 2025 have been brought to the Foreign Act 1946, Passport (Admission to India) Act 1920 and Registration of Foreign Registration Act 1939 and Abrajan (Carrier Right) Act 2000, identifying the need to enact a new comprehensive law. One of the objectives of the new law is to avoid the plurality and excessiveness of laws and regulations related to foreigners, including visa requirement, registration and other travel documents etc. Through this new law, all the procedures can be streamlined for all those who enter and go out.
According to the new law, any foreigner will have to pay a 7 -year jail and a fine of Rs 10 lakh for coming to India without a valid passport or documents. A provision of 3 years in jail and a fine of Rs 3 lakh has been made for giving wrong information or disturbing the documents. In India, it will be immediately detained for entering through a valid passport or travel documents. Now according to the new rules of this bill, if a matter is related to national security, more strict action will be taken. This bill also gives the central government the right to control the places where the foreigners are going to go to the place. Under this, the owner has been given the right to close the premises, allow its use with specified conditions or to refuse to give admission to all or specified class foreigners.
Taking advantage of the shortcomings of the canceled law, a large number of foreign nationals were coming to India because there was no clear system of investigating them and extensive inquiries in that law. For this reason, millions of illegal citizens are living in India today and now they have become a big threat to national social security.
Home Minister Amit Shah said during his speech in the House that we are stopping illegal infiltration by making rules. There are some sensitive places on our border, army bases, cannot leave them open for the world. Earlier, intruders could have been stopped but there was no rule, so we have dared to make rules. This new law will strengthen the information of foreign nationals coming to India. For security, the bill has been arranged in this bill to abolish drugs cartal, cartal of intruders, hawala traders.
Home Minister Amit Shah told the House that the most Bangladeshi and Rohingyas are being infiltrated by Bengal. The number of intruders that have been caught so far, their Aadhaar cards are from 24 Parganas region of Bengal. Only Trinamool Congress workers are making illegal papers of these people. In the new law, illegal papers have also come under the purview of punishment. The new law lies in 36 sections. All have been legalized. In the House, the Home Minister has made it clear that now who will come to India only for the interest of India. Now India is not Dharamshala. The government is ready to welcome those who want to come to India for tourism, education, health, service or business, the government will only prevent those who are wrong from coming to India and those who will pose a threat to us will be seriously dealt with.
Through this law, it will be difficult to enter India illegally and settle here. Rohingya/ Bangladeshi infiltration has now become a big issue in the election as well. In Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party was making fake passports, Aadhaar cards and ration cards etc. of many MLAs Bangladeshi and Rohingyas, which are under investigation. The central government is confident that Rohingya/ Bangladeshi infiltration will also be resolved in the coming times like Naxalism, terrorism and India will be able to move on the path of development with intensity.
