The Bangladesh Foreign Ministry also lodged a strong protest against the Government of India over the “false and fabricated” comments and statements being made on various platforms including social media with the aim of inciting instability by former Prime Minister of the country Sheikh Hasina. Through a protest note handed over to the Acting High Commissioner of India in Dhaka, the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry said that it has expressed deep concern, disappointment and serious objections of the Bangladesh government.
