Investors from Tamil Nadu keen to start ventures in Madhya Pradesh: CM Mohan Yadav

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Thursday said investors from Tamil Nadu, especially big industrialists, are keen to set up their ventures in Madhya Pradesh.

The Madhya Pradesh government has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Tirupur Export Association to create a skilled workforce. Inaugurating a discussion session on investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh, the chief minister said his government would set up a state-of-the-art skill development centre in Jabalpur.

“We have also signed an MoU with Tirupur Export Association to help in skill and cluster development to create skilled workforce across the state,” he added.

Yadav said, “It is a matter of pride for us that like Tamil Nadu, PM Mitra Integrated Mega Textile Park has been approved for Madhya Pradesh also.” The Chief Minister also visited the Best Corporation Private Limited knitwear factory in Tirupur on Wednesday evening.

He said, “When we told about our policies, investors, especially big industrialists, showed interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh… I am satisfied that the hope and expectation with which we had come has been fulfilled.
