In its new season, IPL has become very strict regarding the discipline of the players on the field. Now the International Cricket Council’s code of conduct will be followed in IPL. This important decision was taken in the Governing Council meeting held on Sunday. Under this, players will be punished as per ICC rules for violations of Level 1, 2 and 3.
A member of the Governing Council said that now ICC’s T20 International Playing Conditions will be followed in this IPL. Earlier the league had its own rules, but now the code of conduct set by the ICC will be implemented.
