Iran, Ajit Doval prepared a plan with India in collaboration with India

India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has interacted with his counterpart in Iran. This conversation not only talks about serious issues of regional security. Apart from this, there was a lot of discussion on Chabahar port project and North South Transport Corridor i.e. INSTC. India will definitely be a batchness in Pakistan regarding this conversation of Iran. This conversation took place at a time when tension between India and Pakistan is at its peak. India and Iran, on the other hand, are strengthening their strategic partnership. These conversations are evidence that India and Iran are committed to strengthening their strategic partnership.

Especially the Chabahar port project that India and Iran are developing together. Which especially has the ability to take the economic and practical condition of the region to new heights. Chabahar Port has been introduced as an important center in the international north-south transport corridor. The project is a 7,200 km long project for freight between India, Iran, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Central Asia and Europe. In a telephone conversation, Ajit Doval mentioned that the ongoing military struggle with India and Pakistan is affecting regional security. Despite stressful relations with Pakistan, India’s focus is towards positive cooperation and regional peace in this dialogue. Doval ensured that India, along with Iran, would carry out the Chabahar port and INSTC projects at a fast pace.

During the conversation, Doval appreciated Iran’s positive role in regional stability and expressed his desire to further expand India-Iran bilateral cooperation. On behalf of Iran, Dr. Ahmedian said that both countries are related to deep economic and economic relations. This cooperation is only in favor of broad regional peace and stability. He emphasized the need to increase bilateral cooperation and implement strategic projects faster.

After the port is connected with the International North-South Transport Corridor, India’s connectivity will be directly to Russia via Iran. This will connect countries like Armenia and Azerbaijan on one side and Afghanistan and Iran on the other. Apart from this, Iran is also going to bring a railway line, which will start from Chabahar and will go to the border of Afghanistan-Pakistan. With this, Iran will also get connectivity in South Asia through India.
