YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who hails from Haryana, has been arrested for spying for Pakistan, a ‘Travel with Joe’. YouTuber is accused of providing sensitive information to Pakistani intelligence agencies. After the arrest, Jyoti’s video was examined and a video revealed YouTuber’s relationship with a Pakistani officer at the High Commission in India.
What was in Jyoti’s video?
Last year, Malhotra accepted a special invitation from the Pakistan High Commission to attend the Iftar dinner. She then shared a video of the program, in which she is seen spontaneously talking with an officer of the High Commission, which she recognizes as Danish, which shows that she already had acquaintance between her.

Jyoti meets Pakistani intelligence officials
The government declared Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish unwanted on espionage charges and expelled it from the country on 13 May. The investigation shows that Malhotra had a close relationship with Danish by receiving visas through commission agents during a visit to Pakistan in 2023. It is alleged that Danish later introduced Malhotra to several Pakistani intelligence officers (PIOs).
Investigation has revealed that Jyoti held several meetings with Danish at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi and maintained contact with Pakistani intelligence officials. He allegedly communicated with Pakistani persons and agents through platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Snapchat and is accused of delivering sensitive information to them.
