Kalkaji assembly seat is located in South Delhi. There is a famous temple of mother by the name Kalkaji here. In 2008, Kalkaji seat was formed after delimitation. It is part of the South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. According to Election Commission data, there were 1,06,743 voters in Kalkaji constituency during the 2020 Delhi assembly elections. In which the male voters were 59,157 and the female voters were 47,583.

Let us know that in the 2020 Delhi assembly elections, AAP party candidate Atishi won this seat by a margin of 11,393 votes. During this, Atishi got 55,897 votes with 52.28% vote share. Atishi defeated Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Dharambir Singh. Dharambir Singh received 44,504 votes. Congress candidate Shivani Chopra finished third with 4,965 votes.
