The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement saying that the Government of India has decided to expel 6 Canadian diplomats. They have to leave India on or before 11:59 pm on Saturday, October 19, 2024. The Foreign Ministry underlined in a statement that the Trudeau government’s actions in an environment of extremism and violence put the safety of diplomats at risk.
