Indore. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav praised Israel and said that this country with a population of less than one crore has set an example of technical efficiency in the fields of dealing with enemies and agricultural production. Speaking at the sixth convocation of ‘Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences’ in Indore, Yadav said that since independence in the 1950s, Israel has been overcoming all the challenges on the basis of its technical proficiency.
He said that the population of Israel is less than one crore, but the population of the surrounding countries with which Israel is at war is much more. Citing the example of Israel’s “pager attacks” against Hezbollah in September, Yadav said, “Hezbollah people can tell how heavy a pager is.” Can there be a greater example of technical proficiency than this?
The Chief Minister also compared Madhya Pradesh, India’s largest soybean producer, and Israel regarding the productivity of this oilseed crop. He said that due to technical efficiency, Israel’s soybean productivity per bigha is much higher than that of Madhya Pradesh, whereas this country receives very less rainfall as compared to India. Yadav also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has set an example for the world in the areas of vaccination against Covid-19 and digital payments. He cited the mythological stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata and said that India has believed in moral values since ancient times and there is no dearth of talented and capable people in the country.
