Usha Vance, a second woman from the United States, told her family about her recent visit to India and mentioned warm and personal conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This meeting left an indelible mark on their children. Speaking at the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum at Washington DC, a high-level Indian-origin lawyer Vance described the visit especially for his three children sons Ivan and Vivek, and daughter Meerabel. Vance’s children first visited India.

He said that when we were at the Prime Minister’s residence, our son was so impressed with everything and then the entire mangoes available to eat for him were so impressed that he told the Prime Minister that he feels that he could probably live here. Vance said that our children always talk about it. They have gone everywhere and have great opportunities to see the world, but it was really special for him. Vance said that meeting with Prime Minister Modi was not just diplomatic. It was very private. I think it was definitely a very useful conversation for JD and Prime Minister. But at the same time, I think it was a real opportunity for us to strengthen the personal relationship between them, which I think is only for good.

A special moment for children was a traditional puppet show in which the tricks of the whole of India were shown. He said that there was a puppet show which was a special attraction, which included puppet from all over the country, including Andhra Pradesh, from where my family comes. “” There were some parts of the Ramayana, there were comedy parts with animals, and it was a very hit. My children are trying to make it again with construction paper at home.
