By attending the special session of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s annual program ‘Exam Discussion’, the two actors shared the memories of their school and discussed the stress of the examination, the expectations of the parents and the importance of self-sufficiency.
Vikrant Massey said, ‘We all know how to imagine with a subconscious mind. You can take 10 minutes a day and write your feelings and goals in a diary. ‘
Bhumi Pednekar shared a difficult phase of his childhood and said that he had learned to recognize his strength at a young age. He said, “Identify your abilities in challenging times and find new ways to learn, such as whenever I am given a scene, I try to do it in different ways.” Bhumi also stated that he loved to participate in co-honor activities.
Bhoomi said, ‘I was a very disciplined student and I am still today. I was also naughty, but my relationship with teachers was very good. I quickly understood that I had to become an actress. I wanted to see my parents happy and proud, so I used to work hard in studies.
Vikrant Massey said that when the parents’ expectations become a burden, children are not able to develop properly. Bhumi Pednekar emphasized the importance of getting good sleep. Bhoomi said, ‘During the examination I used to take an hour break a day. I used to play outside, I loved dancing and playing badminton. It was very important for me to relax the mind. When I was younger, I did not like sleep at all. But now during the shooting, I finish lunch in 15 minutes and take half an hour of sleep. It helps me work all day and work. ‘
