Along with this, the work of adopting new strategy has been started to speed up the work related to construction and development from various residential projects of LDA and to pave the way for sale of vacant flats worth more than 147.85 crore under various schemes. The process will pave the way for the sale of vacant flats in Shravan, Adra, Anubhuti, Sopan Enclave Phase-2, Rashmi Lok and Mrigashira apartments.

The Anant Nagar Residential Scheme being developed by Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Mohan Road, considering the vision of CM Yogi as a mission, will be special in many ways. This scheme will be located near the first Edu-Tech City of Uttar Pradesh, so in future it will become the center of economic, business and social activities.
