It is noteworthy that the Anant Nagar Residential Scheme located at Mohan Road is being developed in a total of 785 acres at a cost of 10 thousand crores.

Along with this, the work of adopting new strategy has been started to speed up the work related to construction and development from various residential projects of LDA and to pave the way for sale of vacant flats worth more than 147.85 crore under various schemes. The process will pave the way for the sale of vacant flats in Shravan, Adra, Anubhuti, Sopan Enclave Phase-2, Rashmi Lok and Mrigashira apartments.

The Anant Nagar Residential Scheme being developed by Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Mohan Road, considering the vision of CM Yogi as a mission, will be special in many ways. There will be an opportunity for people of all economic classes to get plots here, but especially people of lower income groups will be preferred here. This scheme will be located near the first Edu-Tech City of Uttar Pradesh, so in future it will become the center of economic, business and social activities.
