Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney unveiled the 38 -member cabinet, including 28 ministers and 10 state secretaries. The cabinet also has support from 10 state secretaries who will provide dedicated leadership on major issues and priorities within their minister’s portfolio. Following the unveiling of the new cabinet, Carney underlined the top priorities of the government – creating new economic and security relations with the United States, dealing with the cost of life and strengthening the Canadian economy.
