Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday joined the social media platform Truth owned by US President Donald Trump. In his first post on Truth social, PM Modi wrote that Truth was very happy to come on social! I am eager to interact with all the passionate people present here and have meaningful conversations in the coming time. He also posted a picture of his and Trump on stage in Houston, Texas during his 2019 American visit with this post. In his second post, the Prime Minister shared Trump’s Sunday post, in which he shared a video link of PM Modi’s podcast with American AI researcher Lex Fridman.

PM Modi thanked Trump and wrote that my friend, President Trump, thank you. I have covered many subjects including my life journey, civilized approach of India, global issues and more. Within an hour of joining the stage, Modi became more than 6,500 followers. They are only following Donald Trump and US Vice President JD Vance. During a three -hour podcast with Fridman, the Prime Minister talked about his relations and friendship with Trump and the US. He recalled the ‘Howdy Modi’ program held at Houston’s packed NRG Stadium in September 2019 and told how Trump had heard his speech sitting among the audience.
