Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that today is a very important day for the criminal justice system of Chhattisgarh, because today 3 new initiatives are being taken to modernize it. One- Today, the foundation stone of the campus of National Forensic Science University was laid in Nawa Raipur. Two- The foundation of the Central Forensic Science Laboratory was also laid in Nawa Raipur today. Three, until the new building of NFS University is ready, its permanent campus has also started today.
Amit Shah said that these three initiatives will provide a basis to criminal justice system for the entire central India not only in Chhattisgarh but in the coming days. Along with this, Chhattisgarh-Ihb has also been inaugurated today. The investment summit took place after the formation of the government in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Vishnudev Sai, in which an MoU worth Rs 5 lakh crore was signed. Many industries are coming to Chhattisgarh. I have come here to call the youth of Chhattisgarh clear. Until the youth themselves become industrialists, the investment of Chhattisgarh cannot be the cause of the industrial revolution.
The Home Minister said that the biggest achievement of Vishnu Dev Sai’s government and state Home Minister Vijay Sharma in Chhattisgarh is that he started the stopped Naxal operation at a fast pace. I have seen that since the formation of the government, this government has not only intensified the anti-Naxal campaign but has also guided it from time to time. Police and security forces have encouraged and carried on this fight efficiently … I said that on 31 March 2026, this country will be free from Naxalism and I would like to reiterate today that the way the security forces have shown bravery, we will definitely achieve this goal.
Shah requested the Naxalites to quit violence and join the mainstream, saying that there is no need for talks, just leave weapons, join the journey of development and take advantage of the attractive surrender policy. The Union Home Minister said, “Every time the Naxalites used to rest a little during the rainy season (because the rivers and drains inside the dense forest obstruct the anti -Naxal operations), but this time, we will not let them sleep during the monsoon and we will move forward to achieve the target of March 31. He said that he wanted to appeal to the stray youths on the path of Naxalism.

I can say with full confidence that the entire credit for the construction of Chhattisgarh goes to our leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The entire credit for grooming Chhattisgarh goes to the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Government of Chhattisgarh is celebrating its 25th year, and it has been decided to celebrate the establishment year as an Atal construction year.
