In view of the preparations for Mahakumbh in Uttar Pradesh, the Transport Corporation is in need of a driver. For this, a job fair will be organized in the state from 28 November 2024. Recruitment of 7 thousand jobs
Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation needs a bus driver. Preparations for Maha Kumbh are going on in the state, due to which a lot of challenges are also increasing. It has been decided by the UP Roadways Administration that to meet the shortage of drivers, employment fair will be organized in 20 districts of UP. Employment fairs will be organized in different districts from 28th November to 10th December. 7,188 drivers will be hired on contract.
Where will the employment fair be held?
UP Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh said that the shortcomings of the drivers will soon be filled for better and regular operation of the buses of the Transport Corporation. Employment fairs will be organized in Lucknow, Noida, Agra, Moradabad and Gorakhpur from 28th November. Whereas, on December 2, it will be held in Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ayodhya and Varanasi. Job fair will be held on 6th December in Meerut, Etawah, Hardoi, Devipatan and Azamgarh. On December 10, employment fairs will be organized in Saharanpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Chitrakootdham-Banda and Prayagraj.

Interested candidates can participate in employment fairs for job interviews for the post of Driver. First of all you have to go to the job fair venue and get yourself registered. Then further process will take place. Candidates are being advised to carry all their educational documents and important documents while going for the job fair.
