Samajwadi Party (SP) Rajya Sabha member Ramji Lal Suman, who came under target against Mewar ruler Rana Sanga, allegedly threw tires at Gabbhana toll booth between Aligarh and Delhi on the convoy of Ramji Lal Suman. Because of this, many vehicles collided with each other. Suman narrowly survived in this incident.
Officials said that the convoy of SP’s Rajya Sabha member was going from Agra to Suryhera village in Bulandshahr, when some protesters threw tires on the convoy at Gabhana toll booth, causing several vehicles running slowly on the toll plaza and a large number of policemen deployed on the spot controlled the situation.

Additional Superintendent of Police (City Area) M.S. Pathak said, SP Rajya Sabha member Ramji Lal Suman was evacuated from the area. There have been no casualties in this incident. A case has been registered against several protesters and necessary action will be taken. The police stopped Suman from moving forward after crossing the toll booth and entering Bulandshahr district.
A woman named Sheela was murdered in a conflict between two sides on the night of 21 April in Suhera village of Bulandshahr. Three other persons were seriously injured in the incident.

Suman told reporters that he is going to Sohana village in Bulandshahr, from where reports of alleged atrocities against Dalits have come to light in the last few days. Expressing concern over the law and order situation, Suman said, the law and order in the state has been destroyed and it will continue till the government decides to take strict action against those who commit such crimes. He said that he does not know whether the police will let him visit the affected area or not.
