Patna. Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary said that the Congress is a party looting the entire country and RJD Bihar. Chaudhary, while referring to the National Herald case during the press conference at the BJP office, said that in 2010, when the UPA was at the Center and Rahul Gandhi was the general secretary of the Congress, then 1057 shares with a market price of crores of rupees of the Young India Limited Company, owned by the ‘National Herald’ newspaper, were purchased for only Rs 5 lakh. Out of these, 76 percent shares were kept with him and Rahul Gandhi became the owner of a company of 2000 crore for only Rs 5 lakh.

Chaudhary said that when Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, the ED started an investigation into the National Herald case, gathered evidence and presented them in the court. Now the ED has also filed a charge sheet against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. He said that the Young India Limited Company had a share of freedom fighters, so the National Herald scam is a betrayal of freedom fighters. The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of the Congress to cancel the action in this case in 2016 itself.

Chaudhary said that in this case of robbery of money of poor and freedom fighters, the Supreme Court should listen fast and sentence to those found guilty. No person is above the law, this message should go to the common people. Deputy Chief Minister Chaudhary said that due to taking special care of Bihar, Prime Minister Modi repeatedly comes here to inaugurate the development schemes of this state.
