He said that the NATO Declaration states that Russia's invasion of Ukraine has disrupted peace and stability in the Euro-Atlantic region and caused serious damage to global security. The Declaration states that Russia remains the most significant and direct threat to the security of the member countries of the organization. In his speech, Biden called upon NATO member countries to strengthen their industrial base in view of Russia's rapid increase in defense production. He said that the US President said in his address that at present Russia is rapidly increasing its defense production. It is rapidly increasing the production of weapons, vehicles and war materials. He said that Biden also made a historic announcement of donating air-defense equipment to Ukraine and said that Russia is failing in this war.
