In the race of topper culture pressure and topper, there is a serious problem by students to commit suicide in stress, depression, frustration. It is unfortunate and challenging that our student talents are falling victim to suicide due to sky expectations, topper culture pressure and discrepancies of education system. Recently, the tragic deaths of the students who have been questioned, where the education system raises questions on highly competing competition, also distracts. These included the candidate of NEET of Kota in Rajasthan and a student of forensic science at a private university in Mohali. The body of Mohammad Asif Qamar, a third year student of the Civil Engineering Department, was found hanging in his hostel room in IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal. The death of a second Nepali student in Bhubaneswar’s insect in a short time is questioning the image of the university and efforts to attract foreign students of India. Under the stress of NEET paper, Nupur hanged himself a day before NEET paper and embracing death only highlights our fatal systemic failure and self -sufficient thinking of topper culture. Certainly, there is a dire need of policy decisions to change the toppers culture proving fatal for students. The proposed Coaching Institute (Control and Regulation) Bill by the Rajasthan government can prove to be change in this direction. But the central government will also have to take similar steps so that students can be curbed when the problem of suicides becomes hostile day by day. This should be a matter of concern for every person associated with the educationists, society and governance.
To what extent students are falling victim to fatal illusion in the growing floods and fierce competition of coaching institutes. It is sad that fourteen students who went to Kota with dreams of fulfilling golden dreams have committed suicide this year. The irony is that despite repeated warnings, there has not been a series of structural pressure of coaching institutes, high stake examinations, fierce competition, faulty coaching practices and success guarantee. This is the reason that recently the Central Consumer Protection Authority i.e. CCPA has given notices to several coaching institutes due to misleading advertisements and unfair business practices. In fact, many coaching institutes keep making some of the promises to get top rank and guarantee the selection contrary to the ground reality. Undoubtedly, such hollow claims often become a deadly chakravyuh for weak students and anxious parents. Composing students for unnecessary competition and connecting the qualification with marks in time, later, implicates other students in the vortex of disappointment. In fact, the government should develop such an ecosystem that can create adequate number of employment opportunities for youth interested in various fields. In fact, we are in dire need to make the youth mentally strong, only then India will be empowered, developed.

Family pressure, educational tension and ambition to topped studies have put a large section of students in deep mental depression. The youth also have to think that life does not get again. Do not lose it under stress like this, but fight the difficulties in life firmly. Due to failure in studies, mental pressure is increasing on some children. Every family has more expectations from their children. Most of the youth are unable to tolerate problems in life and they do not even share their words with anyone. Participants should be told that no exam is bigger than life. The incidents of students’ suicides describe the irony and tragic picture of the so -called society and nation development and education. The word suicide is the scary truth of migration from life, which shocks the heart, scares, causes fear, hurts. Increasing incidents of suicides in reputed technical institutes, higher education institutions and conching institutions should be the cause of our concern.
By the way, the suicide of students is not new, such reports keep coming after every time. Records show that in the last decade, 52 students have committed suicide not only in coaching institutes, but in institutions like IITs. This number is not so small that such cases should be ignored as an exception. Of course, in every such case, the cause of depression must have been different, they would be different types of pressure, due to which these students will be bound to commit suicide. In such institutions where big expectations of the future should be raised, if pressure and depression are making space for themselves and students are forcing them to become self-sufficient, then it is a very serious matter. Due to educational pressures, the rapid increase in the fatal trend of self-sufficiency among students should cause concern for our policy makers. Did the Government of India ever thought about this about the long claim of development? Did an active efforts to solve this problem obstructing development?
It is bizarre that the country which is known for its balanced lifestyle and non-violence worldwide, is raising many questions in the educational institutions there and increasing the tendency of students to become self-reliant. Many such questions and data of dreadful accidents have warned the society-makers along with the governance and seriously made them aware to consider this irony and anxious problem, but will there be some meaningful initiative? It is very important that the coaching institutes should reflect a radical-focus in their working style and environment so that the increasing pressure on the students can be eliminated. At present, it is also necessary that a system should be developed in these institutions that can communicate hope in the constant contact with disappointed, desperate and depressed students, give them the rites of positivity. For this, services of some psychologists and experts can also be taken permanently.
The tension of the students on the head of the students and the top of the top has increased even more in the competition. Today employment opportunities are almost finished. A student who has paid graduation seeks possibilities for himself only in an office. But the job is not available. Unemployment leads to depression and depression finds a tran in suicide. But there is depression in coaching institutes and high institutes of education and due to this, if students commit suicide, then it is a bad stain on the spear of this higher educational institutions and coaching institutes. It is believed that the most interesting talents of the country arrive in these coaching institutes, where reports of frequent suicide are said that everything is not going well in coaching institutes, as well as they break the dreams of many children and their parents but take away their breaths. It is very important that the coaching institutes should make a radical and environment to be reflected in their working style and environment so that the increasing pressure on the students can be eliminated, due to these pressures, some students are forced to take steps like suicide. When the attitude of the students topped, the career and the race of B Number One ride on the head and do not get the means, capacity, ability and circumstances to fulfill it, then the frustrated, stress and depressed person sees the final solution in suicide. The incidents of suicides are being seen more due to increasing competition in the field of education and exaggerated ambitions of parents.
