A surprising news is now coming out of the recently ended India and England T20 series. Actually, it is being said that Team India’s T20 captaincy can be taken away from Suryakumar Yadav. Let me tell you that last year Surya was made the T20 captain of India. Under his captaincy, India won the T20 series 4–1 against England, but still Surya’s captaincy is under threat.
According to a report by Dainik Jagran, the command of India’s T20 team can be handed over to Suryakumar Yadav to Hardik Pandya. The main reason for this is Surya’s poor form since the captaincy. There is no doubt that since Surya has become captain, his bat has not been running out of his bat. On the other hand, Hardik Pandya is doing well with both bat and ball. In such a situation, it is being said that Hardik Pandya can be made the captain of T20.
Talking about the five -match T20 series against England, Suryakumar Yadav was out on zero in the first T20. Then he could score 12 runs in the second T20. In the third T20, Surya scored 14 runs with the bat. In the fourth T20, Suryakumar Yadav again was dismissed on zero and in the fifth T20, he got two runs on his bat.
In this entire series, only 28 runs came out of Suryakumar Yadav’s bat. Talking about the top-15 batsmen of the series, seven Washington of 32 runs at the last number was beautiful. Surya is not named in these 15 also.
