These players including Avesh Khan did not get the place in BCCI’s Central Contract, see the list

The BCCI has announced the Central Contract. Many players have got a place in this list. Shreyas Iyer and Ishaan Kishan have returned, while Rishabh Pant has been promoted. In the list of 2024-25 season, Harshit Rana, Abhishek Sharma to Nitish Reddy have also been included in this contract. But there are some players who have been demonstrated by BCCI instead of promotion.
Fast bowler Shardul Thakur has not played any cricket match for India after December 2023. Last season he was kept in grade C, but this time he has not been able to get a central contract. Meanwhile, 2 wicketkeepers have also been discharged from the list. Jitesh Sharma and KS Bharat could not make their place in Grade C.
So fast bowler Aesh Khan was last seen playing a cricket match for India in November 2024. He has so far taken 35 wickets in his international career by playing 33 matches, but he has also been dropped from the Central Contract List.

19 players join grade C
A total of 19 players have been placed in the grade C of BCCI Central Contract List. Since, Avesh Khan, Jeetesh Sharma, KS Bharat and Shardul Thakur have been excluded from the list, four new players have been returned to Grace Sea instead. These four new players are Harshit Rana, Abhishek Sharma, Nitish Kumar Reddy and Varun Chakraborty. Players involved in Grade C get a salary of Rs 1 crore annually from the board. There has been no change in Grade A+ which includes Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jaspreet Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja.
