Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday that those who interested in foreign policy should read the book ‘JFK Forgotten Crisis’, which throws light on the meetings of Jawaharlal Nehru with US President John F. Kennedy. This comment is seen as a response to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s claim in Parliament that the government sent the Foreign Minister to the US to “three or four times” to invite PM Modi at the inauguration ceremony of Donald Trump. PM Modi said, when the country was facing many challenges, what was going on in the name of foreign policy, it is being exposed through this book.
This comment came a day after Rahul Gandhi claimed that the Congress has infiltrated the Indian land as the Make in India initiative has failed.
