The appeal for the federal circuit accepted the emergency petition of the Trump administration, arguing that the ban is important for the national security of the country.

A panel of three judges of the US International Trade Court ruled on Wednesday that Trump encroached by announcing the national emergency by implementing the 1977 International Emergency Economic Power Act and by announcing tax -tariffs on imports from almost every country in the world.
The decision was a major setback for Trump, whose uncertain trade policies have shaken the financial markets, crippled businesses with uncertainty and increased the possibility of high prices and slow economic growth.
