At the same time, even after this assurance of Gulab Devi, the Niral Group and Teachers’ parties were not satisfied. Because they say that educational qualification is not required for the cleaning workers. In such a situation, corruption will increase and the scavengers will also be exploited. At the same time, there is no provision to keep the local people only. After requesting many times, Minister of State for Secondary Education Independent Charge Gulab Devi said that in today’s time, educational qualification is necessary. Because earlier people were not educated, due to which the provision of educational qualification was not made. But now most people read this much.
The issue of old pension raised
Explain that Dhruv Kumar Tripathi, the leader of the teacher party in the Legislative Council, raised the issue of old pension to the teachers. Dhruv Kumar Tripathi said that the people who were appointed on contractual basis in the year 1999-2000 became a teacher in 2006 as part of the subject expert adjustment process. On this basis, like the teachers appointed before the year 2005, they should also be given old pension facility. On which Minister of State for Secondary Education Gulab Devi said that she was appointed as a contract teacher.
At the same time, there was a condition on their timely time that the contract period would not get financial benefits. Therefore, they cannot be given the benefit of retirement. Because of which this demand is not eligible to accept. However, later most of the teacher members raised the demand for old pension to subject experts. Then the Chairman has urged the government to consider sympathetically keeping in mind the wishes of the House.
