Ali that stopped the ban on foreign aid by the administration. With the Supreme Court’s decision, judges have got time to review the case before giving a final decision.
Legal battle over ban on foreign aid
The case stems from the lawsuit challenging the executive order of President Donald Trump by non-profit organizations and businesses, which stopped the distribution of foreign aid, which was considered useless or wrong with the objectives of the foreign policy of his administration.

Judge Ali had ruled in favor of the plaintiff, in which the federal government was ordered to release the funds. However, after an appellate panel refused to intervene, the Trump administration appealed to the Supreme Court, arguing that the Executive Branch had a comprehensive discretion at foreign aid expenses.
