Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said on Sunday that it is the priority of the new government of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to complete the development in every region of the city and the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Chief Minister said this while addressing the reception organized by the party’s Purvanchal Morcha at the BJP’s Delhi unit office. Gupta thanked the people of Delhi, especially Purvanchal workers and voters.
He said that now it is the turn of the new government of Delhi to fulfill every promise made by the BJP in the next five years. BJP’s Delhi unit president Virendra Sachdeva said that the complete cleanliness of Yamuna and Chhath Puja on the banks of the river is the next goal of the BJP.
The event was addressed by senior party leaders including MP Manoj Tiwari and Delhi Public Works Minister Pravesh Sahib Singh Verma. These leaders also thanked the Purvanchali community for supporting the BJP.
Verma said that this government is working round the clock for the development of Delhi. He assured that whether the problem is road, dirty water supplied or sewage, the government is ready to solve it round the clock.
The minister said that a four -digit helpline number will be started soon to solve these problems. Sachdeva said that the party organization and the Delhi government will jointly work to make Delhi the most beautiful city in the world. Santosh Ojha, president of the Purvanchal Morcha of BJP, said that Purvanchali society rises above caste-caste and gives full support to BJP in Delhi and other parts of the country.
