Most of whom were Canadian citizens of Indian origin. The plane was about 45 minutes away from London’s Heathrow Airport when the bomb exploded. During this time, Talwinder Singh Parmar, the chief of Khalistani terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa, was the mastermind of the Air India plane crash.
