Who will answer the questions arising on the politics of guarantee like ‘bribe’ to voters, people ask!

The violation of the promise of first giving electoral guarantees like ‘bribe’ to the voters and then not implementing them after winning the elections is a burning question to which the beneficiaries demand an answer, but they do not get it! Whereas by doing so, the governments that come to power should be ousted from power and their party should be derecognized. If there is no such clear provision then make it. Because this is not a matter of politics, but of direct fraud with voters and a case under ‘420’ (changed section 318) should also be initiated against such leaders.
In this matter, civil society, administration, judiciary and media should come forward against the nexus between the ruling party and the opposition. Because who will answer the questions arising on such anti-promise politics, the oppressed people are asking everyone. Sometimes by reaching Congress offices, and sometimes by meeting media persons. Sometimes in various seminars and sometimes on the streets. The most interesting aspect of this matter is that now Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge himself has advised his party leaders to make only those election guarantee promises which can be fulfilled after coming to power!
This is because the Congress governments of Telangana, Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka have proved to be laggards in fulfilling electoral guarantees. It is natural that this will affect the support base of Congress also. It is believed that such breach of promises is behind the downfall of the Congress governments of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. This is the reason why BJP has now opened a front against Congress and Rahul Gandhi on the basis of the statement of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.

Also read: PM Modi attacked after Kharge’s advice on election guarantee, said- Congress in Karnataka is busy in internal politics and looting instead of development.

You must be aware that when Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal’s politics of free electricity-water and public-facilitated education-medical system started dominating from Delhi to Punjab, then after losing their governments, Rahul Gandhi-Priyanka Gandhi joined Congress. In the name of guarantee, they made huge promises to the people and guaranteed money, but their state governments could not fulfill it.
Due to this, the increasing unpopularity of the party and the crushing defeat in the Haryana assembly elections, some appropriate suggestions given by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge to his party leaders for damage control in the Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections, have now been made electoral weapons by the BJP. . Because BJP, which was opposed to giving electoral lollipop guarantee to the people, even though under the pressure of AAP and Congress, started Modi’s guarantee to gain power and made a spectacular comeback in various Congress and opposition party ruled states, but now it is not following the statement of Mallikarjun Kharge. The way Congress is being attacked regarding Modi, its philosophy is that BJP will withdraw Modi’s guarantee as soon as it gets a favorable opportunity. Provided that first he wipes out Congress and AAP with the help of this.
It is noteworthy that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has advised the leaders to make only those promises which can be fulfilled, amid reports of economic crisis in Karnataka. He clearly said that promise only as much guarantee as you can give, otherwise the government will reach the verge of bankruptcy. This is the reason why there is now a political turmoil over this statement of the Congress President. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), leading the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which is in power at the Centre, has opened a front against the Congress Party and Rahul Gandhi on the basis of Kharge’s statement.
Former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said in a press conference that Mallikarjun Kharge has accepted many things. Has the Congress National President told Rahul Gandhi what he has said? What will happen to the announcements that have been going on since several elections? What has been said, is there a provision for it in the budget or not? Referring to the Himachal Pradesh government, he said that Congress had made many promises there that they will do this, they will do that, but now the CM there is saying to take the salary later. While discussing tax on toilets, Congress was accused of fooling the public by making announcements and not implementing any scheme.
BJP said that five guarantees were announced in Karnataka but what happened? What is happening there? There is now talk of reviewing the free bus in Karnataka! However, Congress has also been accusing BJP that Modi had shown dreams of getting Rs 15 lakh in his account in 2014, which did not come even after almost 11 years. The promise of two crore jobs also remained a mere cipher. After Corona, they did not even leave the youth to sell pakodas. Whereas BJP claims that if we had promised to give Rs 6,000 each to 11 crore farmers, then we fulfilled it. Whatever BJP says, it also implements on the ground.
BJP leaders say that we make promises after seeing the ground situation and we also deliver what we promise. Whereas the knowledge that Kharge Saheb has acquired should have come sooner. You teach that lesson to Rahul Gandhi. BJP said that there is talk of throwing dust in the eyes of the people in Jharkhand. Whereas the Congress Party has accepted the reality for the first time through its President. Therefore, Mallikarjun Kharge should apologize to the country after this statement. Because Congress threw dust in the eyes of the people of Telangana and Karnataka. The truth of Congress has come to light.

At the same time, BJP also targeted Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal and said that Arvind Kejriwal should understand what is the condition of Delhi? At the same time, Ravi Shankar Prasad also expressed his views on the issue of Waqf and while mentioning Vijayapura in Karnataka, he alleged that the property of farmers is being looted in the name of Waqf. Some mafia was involved in this. The former Union Minister said that this matter is before the Parliamentary Committee. It is not just about Congress, AAP and BJP, but from North to South, from East to West, election promises are being violated by NDA alliance, India alliance and other regional parties, against which the civilized society should come forward.
In such a situation, the direct question is that when political parties make rules and laws for themselves and keep leaving various legal loopholes to protect themselves, then how will action be taken against them? It is natural to raise questions on administrative and judicial dumbness on this serious issue. But whether this ever happened is still a question. India’s administrative and market anarchy is a matter of concern for contemporary public interest and civil society should come forward to remove it.
This is because in any democracy, politicians/leaders are like ‘Aaya Ram, Gaya Ram’ for only 5-5 years, hardly anyone gets 2 or 3 terms. Some are lucky who stayed for 4-5 terms. But administrative and judicial order is made permanent so that public interest remains intact. People should never get embroiled in the politics of party and opposition. But today uncontrolled marketism is dominant in the country and the corrupt administration seems to have failed to control it. Due to this the public is getting crushed in every way. This is not an issue for the ruling party or the opposition. The rich media has become dumb on these issues.
From this perspective, Indian politics is an exception. There are so many loopholes in the rules and regulations here that the public gets ruined, but the leaders and officials keep getting elected! He neither did farming, nor farming, nor border guarding, nor any laborious occupation, yet his declared wealth doubled by day and quadrupled by night. No checks and balances! Many leaders showed sensitivity to change this situation, but as soon as they got power, they became naked in the hammam.
People feel that their so-called servants i.e. the bureaucracy and judiciary of the country, along with the industrialists, keep squandering money from the national treasury and no sensible leader or journalist stands in the way of this, hence politics and journalism are considered foolish, selfish and A gathering of unruly elements and even criminals has been created. In both these professions the ‘money animals’ outweigh everyone else. This is because no concrete standards of qualification of politicians and journalists have been set, so that no serious change can be brought about.
Although there are some regulations in recognized journalism which have been ignored, but in politics, win the elections and all the sins will be washed away, that shameful tradition has often been under question. There has been no check on political dynasty, connectionism and moneylism. No one is concerned about how many parties there are in the country, how many companies there are in different professions that can ensure quality services. Simply, under the guise of the Indian Constitution and rules and regulations, such an administrative and judicial anarchy has been imposed that even sensible and responsible leaders who question it have become mere flowers.
The question is that when the future of the nation is decided by politics, then who has the problem in making it accountable, who has the problem in fixing administrative and judicial accountability, who has the problem in fixing various professional standards and responsibilities? And if there is a problem, then what is the best solution to the many unexpected problems that are created for the working people by giving them exemption? What is the solution to corruption which is taking the form of informal etiquette? Therefore, there should be clear qualification standards and provision of salary and allowances for leaders and political workers. Otherwise administrative recovery will not stop. Public interest will never be served.
