The increasing conditions of corruption in various political parties, governments of various provinces, various poor welfare schemes, judicial sector and high investigative agencies are a matter of serious concern. It seems that today we are living political, judicial and administrative compulsions, not life. It seems that justice, politics and administration’s significance and clean objective have not been a source of self-sufficiency. The Delhi High Court sending three officers of the Central Investigation (CBI) to the custody of the same CBI in a corruption case under an unusual development is not only anxious and embarrassing but ironic. The BJP government has rang the action of central agencies against corruption, due to which the new sun of control of corruption in politics seems to be rising, but the investigation of corruption like CBI is exposing corruption in the agency is taking this sun in the darkness before it arises. Even more tragic and disappointing is the arrest of two sons of Minister Bachu Bhai Khabar in the MNREGA scam of Rs 71 crore in Gujarat. A large quantity of cash from the government residence of Justice Yashwant Verma in the field of justice and executive along with politics and executive is showing the prevalence of corruption everywhere. How long will the public bear the unwanted weight of corruption. How will Prime Minister Narendra Modi be able to achieve his goal of corruption-free ideal ideal nation-building? How will you be able to create an honest nation during the nectar of independence?
Justice Nina Bansal Krishna said in his order on the corruption of three CBI officials on April 25 that it is a unique case of corruption prevailing in CBI, ED and other departments, which have shook the entire structure of our executive and investigation system. The primary duty of these agencies is to investigate the crime and punish the culprits of corruption. But if the top officials of these high investigation agencies are corrupt, then how is it possible to expect a fair and sharp investigation in the corruption matters of others? CBI-corruption is not the only case, rather it reflects a ‘big conspiracy’ among officials of various departments, which reflects a bribery case to interfere in the functioning of these departments, including unfair advantage or impact. Now if the judges of the Supreme Court are also involved in such cases, the seriousness of the problem can be easily understood. Certainly the Justice Verma case is a rare and sensitive opportunity in the history of the Indian judiciary. Now because of this, the dignity of the judiciary should not be hurt and the public’s confidence, for this, former Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna shared the information related to the case with the country. Also, on his initiative, the Supreme Court judges also made public the details of their assets. Justice Verma was transferred and the inquiry committee has been sent to the government and the President and recommended impeachment. From here, the ball is now in the court and Parliament. Impeachment is the only way to remove the existing judges of the Supreme Court and the High Court. But, this has not happened in the history of independent India till date. Earlier, there was an impeachment against Soumitra Sen, Judge of the Calcutta High Court, who is facing corruption charges, but he resigned before voting in the Lok Sabha, that is, the process could not be completed there. Now if this case of Justice Verma reaches impeachment, then there will be a long process there. But the idea is whether the complexity of the process can be reduced by keeping the independence of the judiciary intact? So that they can get proper punishment for the corruption of the judges, with such a process, the judiciary can also perform his duty without any fear, pressure or greed.

The layers of corruption are not limited to saving criminals and corrupt people, now it is also snatching the morsel of the poor. The government runs many welfare schemes for the poor, but a big established fact is that most government schemes do not reach their goals, they get to corruption. The status of Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Scheme i.e. MNREGA is also no different. The scheme was started for the purpose that poor families would be able to get employment at least a hundred days in a year and they would be able to maintain themselves, but in the early years, corruption was being revealed in it. There were great tricks to work by registering fake names. In government schemes, the fabric of corruption is woven only in the concerned departments. A tragic example of this is to prepare documents of performance in a fake way under MNREGA in Gujarat and to cash in crores. The police have so far arrested eleven people in this case, who were given the contract to provide material for construction of roads, dams, culverts etc. This scam caught fire and took political color because it has also arrested two sons of the Panchayat and Minister of State for Agriculture.
Not only Gujarat, stories of corruption are being revealed on a large scale in MNREGA in other parts of the country. MNREGA has also become a victim of corruption in Muzaffarpur. Corruption is taking place in MNREGA in many blocks of the district. Millions of rupees are being looted every day due to fake attendance and photo scam. Millions of rupees are being withdrawn by repeatedly using the same photo. In Gujarat, MNREGA robbery and corruption by the sons of the minister is more disturbing and worrying. Leaders, ministers and administrative officials are not able to differentiate between good and bad, useful and useful. How sacred and meaningful was the guide, ie the word leader, but now the leader has become a villain. The leadership became a businessman and corrupt. Today the word leader is a abuse. While the leader was synonymous with the father. He should have played the role of father. The father is not the only one who is formed for birth, but it is also the one who teaches discipline, teaches the lesson of honesty, shows the way of development. Becomes a guide to moving forward.
Till now, stories of corruption were coming out in political parties like Aam Aadmi Party, Congress, Trinamool Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Rashtriya Janata Dal etc., now it is more worrying on BJP leaders and ministers. The question is not only about the BJP, wherever corruption is, action should be taken against it without any partiality. The BJP is a nationalist party, is ready to create a new India and a strong India, then if there is corruption within its party, then its cleanliness is more important. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is instead of taking action against the corruption of the leaders of any party, then it is a meaningful initiative to create a new India, strong India, honest India. If the credibility of politicians, judges, administrative officials will fall, then it will not be easy to save the credibility of the nation. The massive corruption comes out in a squid form of development claims. We have a reliable way to the betterment of the executive, judiciary and politics and the third number of mud bounce after criminalization and corruption in its credibility reasons is also of politics, in which wrong is not considered wrong. All three are such tools, which lead the country towards destruction. The issue of criminalization and corruption is quite deep and needs a lot of hardness, fairness, time and energy for the fight against this, expecting strict steps. India’s democracy will be enriched by such hopeful and anti-corruption action.
