Yogi Adityanath changed the definition of politics

A person’s location can be temporarily changed according to the obligation. But, his tradition and rituals do not change. Rather, they have further expansion according to its position and responsibility. The current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and his eight -year successful tenure is proof of this.
It is noteworthy that Yogi ji’s home district is Gorakhpur. It is here that Gorakshpeeth is one of the major religious backs of North India. This back is considered to be the headquarters of Nathpanth spread in the country and the world. Yogi ji is the Chief Minister and is also the Peethadhishwar of this back. In this form there is also Dixit Yogi (Saints). He is also proud to be his own yogi. From time to time, he also says this from the House to public meetings.
Eight years ago, when the BJP got a majority in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections after a long gap, he took the oath of Chief Minister on 19 March 2017, took the responsibility of the head of the country’s largest and politics in terms of population. Even after becoming the Chief Minister, he continuously expanded the tradition of public welfare of the bench and the plank of rituals according to his post. He proved that religion can also occur at the center of democratic politics. His grandfather Guru Brahmalin Mahant Digvijaynath brought the ‘Hindu and Hindutva’ which was considered retrograde by Yogi to the center of debate. Those who previously criticized Lord Shri Ram, called him imaginary, such people also feel proud by calling themselves Hindus. In this way, he proved religion and politics by making a source of public welfare that the saint can lead the society with ideological guidance and lead power efficiently. Yogi Adityanath’s account has a lot of achievements as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. In a survey of a prestigious magazine in 2019, he was considered the most popular Chief Minister of the country.

The statement of ‘I never lost’ proved to be true
In an interview, Yogi ji once said that he has never lost. He has been invincible in the parliamentary elections from Gorakhpur, so he re -certified his unbeatable popularity by contesting the assembly elections in 2022 for the first time.
Mahant came in contact with Awidyanath during the temple movement
Yogi Adityanath, who loves the people, water, forest and land, was born on 5 June 1972 in a normal family in Panchur village of Pauri Garhwal (Uttarakhand). Incidentally, World Environment Day also falls on the same day. His father was a Ranger in the late Anand Singh Visht Forest Department. Yogi, inspired by nationalist ideology since childhood, was associated with the Ram temple movement in the nineties. During the Ram temple movement, he came in contact with Gorakshpeethadheeshwar Mahant Avidyanath, the hero of this movement. The knowledge of Mahant ji’s company and the Nathpanth obtained from him impressed him so much that he decided to retire after taking education from Garhwal University to science. In this sequence, he came to Gorakhnath Temple in 1993 and according to the tradition of Nath Panth, he went to religion, the elemental deliberation of spirituality and yoga practice. Seeing his practice and inherent talent, Mahant Awidyanath gave him initiation as the successor of Gorakshpeeth on 15 February 1994. As the successor of Gorakshpeeth, he always expanded the goal of public welfare and social harmony.
Diksha of Nathpanth at the age of 22
At the age of just 22, Yogi ji became a monk (yogi) after being initiated in Nathpanth. In this form he became the successor of the Peethadhishwar Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath of Gorakshpeeth. Avidyanath was an all acceptable name in the saint society and society. Therefore, he is also called the nation saint. What more than a worthy guru needs a worthy disciple. In his first interview after his Guru’s Brahmin, Yogi also said, ‘Gurudev’s hypnosis made a monk.’ Both had unwavering trust in each other. This was the reason that a few years after handing over religious heritage as the successor of the bench, Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath also handed over his political legacy to his beloved disciple (Yogi).
Peetadhishwar of Gorakshpeeth formed on 14 September 2014
After Mahant Avidyanath became Brahmalin, he was posted on 14 September 2014 as Gorakshpeethadheeshwar (Mahant). After this role, he is also the president of the All India twelve disguise Panth Yogi Sabha from this date.
Political journey is impeccable
Yogi Adityanath has also inherited political responsibilities from Gorakshpeeth. His Dadaguru Brahmalin Mahant Digvijaynath has once represented the Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency. His guru Brahmalin Mahant Avidyanath has been a four -time MP from Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency and a five -time MLA from Maniram assembly constituency. It was only after winning the election from Gorakhpur Lok Sabha in 1996, Mahant Awidyanath announced that Yogi will also handle his politics. After this, Yogi contested from Gorakhpur in the 1998 Lok Sabha elections and won the youngest MP in the twelfth Lok Sabha at that time. From then on 2014, he lived in rare MPs who won the parliamentary elections five times in a row.
The monastery is the same
In 2017, when the BJP got a strong majority in Uttar Pradesh, the party leadership decided to make him the Chief Minister. Yogi, who took the oath of Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on 19 March 2017, not only completed a spectacular tenure amidst all the achievements, but has also retained the impeccable image in public life. During these eight years, his own lifestyle remained like a monk. There has not been any change in simplicity and disciplined lifestyle. Probably he is the only Chief Minister of the state till now, who has broken the myth of going to Noida several times in every district of the state. Earlier, the Chief Minister did not go to Noida for fear of this myth that the CM’s chair goes away from going there. Yogi has proved that by visiting Noida more than half a dozen times, it has proved that the goal of a saint is not just to save power but public welfare. After becoming the Chief Minister, he became a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council and became the Chief Minister again by winning over one lakh votes in the 2022 assembly elections and getting his party BJP a strong majority in the state.
Perception turned under Yogi’s leadership, UP’s identity strengthened
In the first term, Yogi’s focus was to change the bad perception in the country and the world regarding the state. In this, policies like law and order, zero tolerance towards corruption were effective. In the second term, the focus was on changing the identity of the state. Now that the third year of his second term is going to be completed, UP is in front of everyone as the new Uttar Pradesh of New India. Today, Uttar Pradesh is not identified as a criminal or riotous region. Today, Uttar Pradesh is known as better law and order within the country and there is also eagerness to unload and know the model of Uttar Pradesh in different states. After making Uttar Pradesh to the second largest economy in the country in the last 8 years, now the number is to be number one on every standard of target development. In Noida, Film City, Data Park, Ayodhya and Jewar International Airport, Healthpark, Leather Park, Bundelkhand Expressway, Ganga Expressway, Metro Rail expansion, rapid rail expansion, doubling exports through Rapid Rail Extension, ODOP and MSME, setting up the brand UP in the country and the world are preparing to make further development. These new standards of development will give a new identity to the state. The successful event of the world’s largest religious gathering in the form of Mahakumbh of Prayagraj put another four moons in his popularity.
